Can I get a tracking number?
You will receive an email upon sending the watch. An email with a tracking number and URL is used to track your shipment. We ship via EMS or other shipping methods. And you will receive your eye as soon as possible.
How fast is the charging time?
After we confirm the payment, we will process your order within 3-7 business days and then ship it via EMS / other express companies Delivery to your door takes 15-25 days (USA). The delivery time to other countries is yours for customer support service.
